Pricing & Advertising

Knows how to set the right rent level to attract tenants to your property. Active promotion of your property through extensive marketing channels including online and offline channels.

Tenant Selection

Stringent assessment and selections of tenants by sorting through the prospective tenant applications to find the tenant that is the best fit for your property, including running credit checks and criminal background checks.

Tenancy Consultation

Advise the tenant of all obligations and duties they are responsible for under the terms of the lease agreement.

Lease Tracking

Tracking of critical dates such as lease renewal and lease re-negotiation dates.

Payment Administration

Collect deposit, rental and issue receipts. Ensure optimal cash flow by setting a date to collect rent each month and strictly enforcing late fees.

Expense Management

Consolidation and invoicing of utilities on a monthly, or other, basis. Summary utility expense reporting on a property-by-property basis is also available.

Repair and Maintenance

Regular preventative maintenance visits including minor repairs and other handyman services. Negotiation of major repairs with the landlord and inspection upon completion.

Re-Possession Process

Respresnet landlord an application to the Lands Tribunal for the recovery of possession with legal advisory service.

Lease Renewal

Negotiate lease renewal and rent review on owner’s behalf. Prepare renewed lease agreements, signing coordination and stamp duty processing.
